Hi, I’m Malin.

I help people rediscover balance and vitality through iridology, regenerative detoxification, and Reiki energy healing. My work blends intuitive insight with grounded, practical health protocols to support deep transformation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I grew up in a small town in Sweden and trained as an assistant nurse with a focus on psychology, always drawn to caring for others. I worked in emergency care, psychiatric wards, and elderly homes, but I felt a strong calling toward a more holistic way of supporting health.

From a young age, I faced my own health challenges such as IBS, recurring UTIs, candida, and losing my menstrual cycle for six years due to birth control. These experiences led me to explore natural healing and introduced me to the powerful impact of food, herbs, detoxification, and the mind–body connection.

Craving expansion, I later left Sweden to travel and live in different parts of the world, an experience that shaped both my personal and professional path. Today, I’m a Certified Detoxification Specialist and Lymphatic Iridologist, guiding clients worldwide with personalized, holistic support, often beginning with something as simple as a photo of their eyes (iridology).

This work isn’t about chasing symptoms. It’s about listening to your body, clearing what no longer serves you, and activating your natural ability to heal.
